The Rose-Apple House is a one-of-a-kind guesthouse in Hanoi. While being only 7 kilometers from downtown with easy access by car, taxi and public transport, the guesthouse, is located in an area that enjoys orchards and open fields and offers its guests a village feel within the city limits. Fashioned after a luxurious Bed & Breakfast, The Rose-Apple House offers its guests the best of the city and country right outside its front door. If you live in Hanoi or just passing through, come and stay with us.

Our guesthouse is available to married couples, families or individuals who are looking for a comfortable place to stay. Come for an evening, an entire weekend or longer at a price you can afford.

We also make the guesthouse available for day use to individuals and small groups who would like to have a private get-a-way just for the day.
